I’ve said this a kazillion times-this is NOT a fitness blog, but I have learned in the last 3-5 years that my body’s physical state is almost, if not completely in tune with my mental state. Endorphins are delightful. I like to do all kinds of workouts and exercises to stay in shape. Nothing is off limits from yoga to running. As someone who is been somewhat intimidated by workouts due to my own securities with self-image, I will always share my experiences so that you can see that ANYONE can do it. Of course, everything requires practice and conditioning, but nothing is off limits.
